Return and exchange Policy

At Taaray, we carefully craft each piece with love and attention to detail. If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help — under the terms below.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only if:
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and labels are intact
  • There are no signs of damage, alterations, or use
  • The item is not customized or made-to-order

Time Frame
  • You must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests after 5 days will not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds
  • We do not offer returns or cash refunds
  • Only exchanges are allowed under the terms stated
  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Taaray does not cover courier or logistics charges for returns or exchanges
  • If you received a wrong or defective item, we will cover the replacement shipping cost
How to Request an Exchange
  1. Contact us at  within 5 days with your order number and reason for exchange
  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll be asked to send the item to our return address
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
